Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Pics Me iOS app and of the picsmeapp.com website. The publisher is named in the Legal notice. By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Pics Me helps you create photo dumps from the photos on your iPhone:

• picking the best photos;
• putting them in order;
• applying colour looks;
• templates;
• disposable mode;
• previewing and preparing a post for Instagram.

Image processing happens on your device.

2. Access

The app is free to download from the App Store and runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or newer. No account is required.

• For free, you can see and try the features inside the app.
• With a Pics Me Pro subscription, you can download, publish or share what you make outside the app, and unlock certain features.

3. Licence

The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for non-commercial purposes. It applies in accordance with Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement, supplemented by these terms. Where they conflict, these terms prevail to the extent Apple allows.

4. Your photos and your content

• Your photos stay yours. Pics Me acquires no rights over them. They are processed on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers.
• Nothing is saved to your photo library without an action from you.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Make sure you have the right to publish the photos and, where other people appear, their agreement.

5. Forbidden uses

You may not:

• circumvent the app’s technical or access limitations;
• decompile it, except where the law allows;
• use the service to break the law or infringe other people’s rights;

6. Availability and changes

The publisher makes its best efforts to keep the app working properly. It may evolve the app — for example by adding, changing or removing looks or features — without substantially reducing what an ongoing subscription includes.

Features that depend on third-party services (App Store, Instagram) may change according to those third parties’ decisions.

7. Liability

The app is supplied under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).

The publisher is not liable for:

• the content you publish;
• third-party services (Instagram, App Store);
• data loss caused by your device.

Tip: always keep your originals in Photos. Pics Me never modifies them.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its looks, its templates, its code and its brand are protected and remain the property of the publisher.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. For significant changes, you will be informed in the app or on the site. The version in force is the one published at picsmeapp.com/en/cgu.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

1. If something goes wrong, write to us first at picsmeapp@gmail.com.
2. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
3. Failing that, the competent courts are those provided by law. As a consumer, you may bring the case before the court where you live.
