Subscription terms
Prices, free trial, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds.

1. Seller and payment
The Pics Me Pro subscription is bought inside the app, through the App Store. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The publisher of Pics Me is named in the Legal notice.
2. What Pics Me Pro includes
Pics Me Pro unlocks:
- downloading what you make at Instagram size;
- publishing and sharing outside the app;
- high-definition zoom;
- every look, including Golden Hour;
- templates;
- the long films of disposable mode and “Develop now”.
The up-to-date list is shown in the app, before purchase.
3. Plans and prices
Prices for France, including tax, as of 31 octobre 2026:
| Plan | Price | Trial |
|---|---|---|
| Pro yearly | €34.99 per year | 7 days free, then yearly billing, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial |
| Pro weekly | €5.99 per week | no trial |
Prices may vary by country and are always shown in the app before purchase. A price change does not affect the current period; Apple informs you and, where the law requires it, asks for your agreement.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Your Apple Account is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period, unless you cancelled at least 24 hours earlier.
- Cancellation: any time, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Pics Me, or from the app (Profile › Manage subscription). It takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period. You keep Pro access until then.
- Free trial: if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited as soon as you buy a subscription.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pics Me Pro is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By confirming the purchase, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as access is unlocked (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Refund requests go to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Restoring your purchases
Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling the app: Profile › Restore my purchases.
7. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If something goes wrong, write to us at picsmeapp@gmail.com.
8. Mediation
If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to us, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman:
