In short: your photos don’t leave your iPhone. No account, no ads, no data resale. The only information that goes through servers is what your subscription needs (Apple and RevenueCat).

What we don’t do:

• no advertising and no cross-app tracking (no ATT prompt);
• no audience measurement, no analytics SDK;
• no sale of data;
• no facial recognition used to identify you. Faces are detected on the device only to protect the rendering of skin.

3. The picsmeapp.com website

• No cookies for analytics or advertising, and no calls to a third-party service: the fonts are served by the site itself.
• Our host (Vercel) processes technical logs (IP address, browser) for the security and proper operation of the site.
• The language you choose is remembered in your browser (local storage, strictly necessary).

4. Transfers outside the European Union

RevenueCat and Vercel are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider adheres to it, on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to picsmeapp@gmail.com.

As we hold no account in your name, give us your subscriber ID, shown in Profile › Help.

• Deleting the app erases all the data it stores on your iPhone.
• You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

6. Age

Pics Me is intended for people aged 13 and over. In France, processing a child under 15’s data on the basis of consent also requires a parent’s agreement.

7. Changes

This policy may change along with the app. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. For significant changes, you will be informed in the app.
